That's the whole idea behind the Level One Leadership Diagnostic. You send a short voice note (or word vomit into the form) about the one thing that keeps coming back to haunt you like a Costco hot dog.
A few days later, a personal video shows up from me walking you through what the actual problem is. I spent over 15 years helping business leaders figure out and fix the exact problem you’re facing so I’m ready to give it to you straight.
In the Loom, I'll:
Name the actual problem. The real I can see, not the story you keep telling yourself.
Walk you through what it’s really costing you. The client you had to refer out because you just couldn’t take one more on, the really great invitation you had to turn down, and the low-key dread that nothing you do will actually solve the problem once and for all.
Tell you what's causing it. Spoiler alert: it’s almost always something you were never taught how to do, like lead a team, figure out a realistic system, or be the fucking CEO of a successful business.
Point you towards the right thing. You walk away focusing on the real problem instead of the ones you've already tried to fix.
